Hi there, I can confirm the 'mad flickering' while using sloppy focus
and full-screen (F11) with a stock k7 kernel running Sid.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
Open two applications. Open Galeon and make it fullscreen with f11.
Switch to the first application. Now switch to the second.

The workaround is to alt-tab back to the full-screened application
before changing to the second application, or simply not to use the
full-screen feature.

Also, has anyone had problems with the background art manager - they
seem to get confused if being displayed in a scrolled frame.

Steps to reproduce:
Try dragging backgrounds to windows when the backgrounds are in a
scrolled frame. The wrong 'swatch' is dragged and dropped, or the
'swatch' does not respond to click-drag.

Workaround:enlarge the window to eliminate scroll bars.
