Bug#381823: gnome-cups-icon uses 100% CPU

Are Bugs #377640 and #381823 identical?

Also, this problem sounds very similar to Ubuntu Bug #44196.  See:

In #44196, it looks like gnome-cups-icon gets into an infinite loop
trying to read from a CUPS ipp connection that has been closed.  On my
Ubuntu system, this is triggered (sometimes, not always) when cupsd
restarts, which seems to be an anacron daily event.

I'm too much of a newbie to figure this out myself.
