That's strange, but doesn't sound like a bug in Epiphany. Do you have a
proxy or something else which might deny you access?

Can you reproduce this with other browsers, or even with wget?

A google search for "FW-1 at Access denied" seems to indicate that this
is a message for some sort of proxy/firewall solution.
