Bug#495945: gnome-power-manager: brightness applet crashes on login

I sent the new patches in the message to control at bugs.debian.org but
they are not displayed on the web page by default so I'm resending them.

I found out that in version 2.23 this is fixed (the version in Ubuntu).
I made a patch to fix this, but didn't find the original commit
upstream which might fix other issues too. I also updated the Bulgarian
translation. The patches are attached.
