Bug#490406: epiphany-browser: Missing spanish translation of dialog for password saving

Indeed, this dialog was not rewritten for Epiphany, and the bare
Xulrunner one is used, therefore untranslated.

As Gecko will soon go away upstream, I don’t think this will be fixed
until full webkit support is here.
