Check if ~/.gnome2/epiphany/mozilla/epiphany/signons2.txt exists. If it
does, check if signons3.txt in the same directory exists. If it does,
then try removing signons3.txt and restart epiphany.

Did you run earlier versions of epiphany from experimental?
