The 'idea by' should be 'based on an idea by'. He wrote that synaptic
could run as a user and install/remove via PackageKit or aptdaemon. I
just enhanced it with the first and last point.

Removal from 'gnome' package: Really, synaptic is a tool for experienced
users. For most cases, gpk-application provides equal functionality. We
could instead also disable gpk-application and ship synaptic, though.

Extra service: We currently do some things out of PackageKit's scope,
and would need to provide them in a different manner.
