Bug#609699: gtranslator: Editing only the headers doesn't activate the save option or the quit without saving warning

Hi.

If you open a .po file with gtranslator and you only modify the headers,
using Edit -> Header... 
you have no option to save your changes without having to go through the
"save As" option and reusing the same name.
Editing only the headers doesn't make the Save button or Save option in
the menu available, nor does it trigger any warning if you try to close
the file without saving.
