Bug#618289: Doesn't handle choice of output pages well

Package: glabels
Version: 2.2.8-1
Severity: normal

hi,

Background: I'm using glabels to generate address labels for a
mailshot. To make sure that things look OK, I just print page 1. If
that doesn't work well, I don't want to waste lots of expensive label
stock. If it does work well, then I just want to print the remaining
pages from 2 to N. Again, let's not waste these labels!

However, if I ask glabels to print starting at a later page
(e.g. 2-6), it doesn't do that. Instead, I get a blank page output
then it prints pages 1 to 5. This is also easily reproducible via
"print preview".
