a new version, 2.28.1, is available.

the patches that became obsolete are 40 (applied upstream) and 30 (seems
to be applied upstream as well).

for the update, i removed the 99 (autoreconf) patch because it didn't
apply well; i'd suggest to build-depend on dh-autoreconf, then all
problems with autotools (see bug#558530) should go away automagically.

i have an updated version in my private repository at [1].
