Bug#620165: ClearlooksClassic no longer paints buttons until hover

The gray background on buttons isn't being painted anymore until I
hover the mouse over them. Before and after hover PNGs attached.

This happens with a minimal .gtkrc-2.0:

	gtk-theme-name = "ClearlooksClassic"

(gnome-settings-daemon is not running; I'm running KDE...)

[note: both gtk2.0 2.24.3-1~sid1 and 2.24.3-1 tested, both fail]
