gnome shell extensions releases

Hello Victor,

I stopped making tarball releases after extensions.gnome.org was
released, because it is general belief that extensions should be
installed by distro packages and there is little use for tarballs
outside that.
Additionally, some necessary changes to work with e.g.o mean that
"make install" installation no longer works, as it installs gettext
and GSettings files in the wrong place.
If you need the actual source code package (for whatever reason), you
can clone git and "make dist", or download the extension zip file from
e.g.o.

Hope this clarified,

Giovanni
