Bug#651491: libproxy: support Multi-Arch

Hi,

is there any progress on this? A multiarch-aware dpkg has landed in testing by 
now, and this package is the last one blocking glib-networking and, in turn, 
libsoup2.4-1 from being installable in a foreign architecture (both of which 
are already MA: same). The latter is a dependency of gstreamer0.10-plugins-
good, so it's necessary to get this fixed to get a complete sound stack in a 
foreign architecture.
