Bug#675109: evince: DVI support broken

When I try to open a DVI file with evince, it says there is no support for that format. But I used to open DVI files before the upgrade to evince 3.4

The terminal output is as follows:

I was suspicious of a problem with libkpathsea6 dropping that kpse_cnf_get symbol, so I though a rebuild of evince could fix the problem, but it did not.

It seems like kpse_cnf_get does not exist (anymore?) in libkpathsea6, but
nonetheless evince still builds fine and ends up with libdvidocument.so using
kpse_cnf_get ...
