Here's a patch. Tested: build OK, added dependency on libsqlite3.so.0
(objdump), added Depends on libsqlite3-0.

No run-time test at all.

Sorry for the patch name, but dpkg-buildpackage -S and debdiff should
be enough. Really. The changelog entry wants to be improved too.
