Those config files look ok. So I'm a bit at a loss here, why your system
search path is messed up.
Do you remember when that problem started? Did you install another
software that time?

Could you try the following:
# delete the existing ld cache
/etc/ld.so.cache
# regenerate the cache
ldconfg
# dump the cache (and attach it to the bug report)
ldconfig -v -p
