Bug#691691: gnome-themes-standard: Should depend on/recommend gtk2-engines-pixbuf

Dear Maintainer,

The gtk2 "Bridge" theme described here and shipped as the default GTK2
theme in gnome-themes-standard depends on gtk2-engines-pixbuf to work
properly. Here's a description of that code:

Without the pixbuf engine, all windows go back to the yucky GTK2 default
style.
