Bug#774269: gnome-media: gstreamer-properties fails to starts; claims missing UI file

Dear Maintainer,

this is a two-day old installation of Debian Jessie on AMD64. I chose 
GNOME as desktop environment.

While trying to work out a bug with Totem (it doesn't use xv) I tried to 
start gstreamer-properties. This will result in the error message "Could 
not load UI file. The program may not be properly installed." being 
displayed.
