OK, it's just that generating a 4096-bit key takes a long time.
Seahorse is doing the right thing after all, except that arguably it
should warn the user that something is happening, and that it hasn't,
in fact, just failed silently. I will change this to minor, and leave
it to the maintainers to decide whether or not to close.
