Bug#752871: GTK+3 apps ignore bold and italic font settings

I use Debian Testing with MATE 1.8. When I try to set the application font to bold or italic,
GTK+3 apps (e.g. Evince, nm-connection-editor) don't respect that, their font doesn't get
bold or italic. They respect only the change of the font name and size.
