Bug#746796: deja-dup: automatic backups always say "delayed, will start when network available"

Package: deja-dup
Version: 30.0-1
Severity: normal

For about a week now, the automatic backup scheduler associated with deja-dup
seems to be unable to detect my (wired, always-on) network connection.
It always says "Scheduled backup delayed: Backup will begin when a network
connection becomes available" and quits.

A manual invocation of 'deja-dup --backup' from a shell prompt completes
successfully, so it's just the scheduler, not the program itself. (I am
not sure how the automatic backup scheduler works exactly, but the
configuration panel for it (deja-dup-preferences) comes from the deja-dup
package, so I assume this is the right target for the bug report.)

$ dconf dump /org/gnome/deja-dup/

It seems likely to be relevant, so:
