Bug#763596: gnome-shell: Gnome 3.14: window to workspace handling does not work

I have this issue with gnome 3.14 too.

Also tooltips from windows located on inactive workspace appear on
active workspace when mouse pointer hovers over the area of the screen
where the particular element is located on the inactive workspace:

* start gnome
* open (e.g.) nautilus
* place mouse pointer next to the "Search" button
* change to another workspace
* move mouse pointer to the area where the "Search" button is located on the inactive workspace
* the tooltip is visible
