Bug#759745: gdm3: Unable to login post-upgrade without systemd-sysv installed

Ok, I need to take that back.
While gdm failed the first time I rebooted with the new
cgmanager/systemd-shim, I did a couple more reboots and now it starts
properly and I can login successfully.
