Bug#783242: Please drop hamster-applet from the gnome meta-package

hamster-applet is basically dead upstream and unmaintained and depends
on a lot of deprecated libraries.

Please drop it from the "gnome" meta-package (or replace it with a more
suitable alternative, if existent).
