Bug#855507: gsettings does not saving settings until swicht to gconf from dconf, error directories

i installed mate but using gconf and found that error:
noted similar problems and i found that
/etc/xdg/autostart/gsettings-data-convert.desktop does not apply for
mate..

/etc/xdg/autostart/gsettings-data-convert.desktop contains this line:

  OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity;

BUT IN ANY CASE; IF I RUN THE COMMAND DOES NOT WORK EITHER:

systemas at syslaptop1:~$ gsettings-data-convert  --verbose
Directory '/usr/local/share/GConf/gsettings' does not exist, nothing to do
Directory '/usr/share/GConf/gsettings' all uptodate, nothing to do
systemas at syslaptop1:~$

The commands belons to gconf2 as
