The packages maintained bythe Debian GNOME Team has their uploaders
(normally) generated automatically by looking at the last uploaders
(from debian/changelog) and cross-referencing it with the people listed
in the /usr/share/gnome-pkg-tools/pkg-gnome.team file
(gnome-pkg-tools).

If Joss in MIA from debian completely, you might instead want to
reassign this bug report to gnome-pkg-tools asking for him to be dropped
from the list there (and remove the wontfix tag). Then his name will
dissapear from the uploaders of all Debian GNOME Team maintained
packages once their next upload happens.
