Bug#1010423: gnome-core: remove caribou as dependency

Package: gnome-core
Version: 1:42+3
I believe caribou is a genuine mistake in dependencies (remove one that is no longer part of them).

https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Caribou states "Caribou is not under active development anymore." and "The GNOME Shell onscreen keyboard does not use Caribou anymore.".

Performing "sudo dpkg -r --force-depends caribou" on an updated and upgraded sid installation with the gnome-core metapackage installed does not appear to break anything in Settings or any on screen keyboard functionality.

I propose that caribou be removed from the dependency list of gnome-core.
