This is part of the ongoing 64-bit time_t transition (for details please
see a large proportion of recent traffic on the debian-devel mailing
list). Please be patient: sometimes unstable lives up to its name.

The intended migration path is that libgtk-3-0t64 entirely replaces
libgtk-3-0, and similarly libgail-3-0t64 entirely replaces libgail-3-0.

On x86, each of the ...t64 packages Provides the name without the ...t64
suffix, so it should be possible to replace one with the other while
still satisfying GTK-dependent packages' dependencies, but apt cannot
currently work out how to achieve that automatically in all cases.

Experimental does what its name suggests, and is not expected to
be completely installable at all times. I'm sorry if this has been
inconvenient for your workflow, but it's inconvenient for everyone
right now.
