This is unrelated to 852697, where you reported it.

also, enable-ssh-support is on by default in modern versions of
gnupg-agent.

You might be more interested in https://bugs.debian.org/854376 or maybe
your report is something different.  If you read the notes over there
and follow up on it, that would be fine.
