I've done a test build in a pbuilder sid chroot with only libc6-dev
updated to experimental (i.e. with gcc-4.7).

gcc (Debian 4.7.2-5) 4.7.2

libc6:amd64                     2.17-0experimental2
libc6-dev:amd64                 2.17-0experimental2

This is not related to a change in gcc from 4.7 to 4.8

I have a change which fixes the build issue:

Include sys/resource.h to define PRIO_PROCESS and
setpriority with eglibc-2.17
