[Pkg-grass-devel] Bug#304274: v.digit.html: say how to set labels

r.surf.contour says "a vector map of the contour lines is made with
the elevation of each line as its label (see v.digit )."

But v.digit.html doesn't say how to set labels!

If we are supposed to use v.label, say so somewhere.  Even add examples.
