Please find the sample in the attachment. Every name has "name:th"
key, in which the value is in Thai, and requires sun-java6-fonts to display.

Before installing sun-java6-fonts, you can also try Thai font packages
in Debian like ttf-thai-tlwg. The fonts won't be available to josm because
their defoma hints have already been dropped.

On the other hand, sweethome3d, another Java application, can use the
fonts without defoma requirement. So, I tend to think it's josm-specific
problem rather than Java runtime in general.
