Bug#663099: What about 4.5.7, perhaps plus non-free hi-res data?

Thanks for the pointers to 2.1.1 coastline files.
I have found 2.1.0 ones on soest, they seem to work and I'm not too
worried about any bugs in them at the moment.
If one knows what filenames to look for, the Fedora repositories keep
a copy of 2.1.1 files.
I'm not sure about licensing issues, but to me the ultimate solution
would be to keep hi-res cdf files in the Debian repo itself, perhaps
as non-free packages?

No matter what, I'd appreciate a gmt 4.5.7 release, referring to 2.2.0
data properly (and some clarification why the interface has changed
once more).
