These typos are usually better fixed by changing 'allows to <verb>' to
'allows <verb>ing' instead of 'allows one to <verb>'. For the above
examples this would be:

"This group of parameters allows setting input and output images for
classification map regularization by Majority Voting."

This is how I fixed the previous occurrences for OTB 5.0.
