A number of packages include the catch header without having a copy in
missing-sources or similar [0], which raises the question how this issue
should be handled.

Is including a copy of the corresponding catch release in
missing-sources sufficient?

We already have the catch source package, do we need to duplicate that
in all packages that include a copy of the single_include catch source?
