Yes, that's why we had the arch:any sfcgal packages removed on mips* to 
allow the package to migrate in the past.

Something changed in britney causing it now to complain about missing 
arch:all packages too.

Correct, the 32-bit address space is exhausted.

If britney keeps complaining about missing arch:all packages to making 
binary-only removals not sufficient any more, we probably need to 
exclude the sfcgal dependency on those architectures too like we did for 
armel. But I'd rather not have postgis on those archs via 
BD-Uninstallables. It's probably only a matter of time before postgis 
doesn't build on those architectures any more due to their limitations, 
when we may need to exclude the architectures entirely (like mapnik), 
but that requires manual maintenance of the architecture list which I'd 
like to avoid.
