Dear Maintainer,
Segmentation fault which probably appeared after gdal 2.2.1+dfsg-1 went into buster:
$ ogr2ogr -t_srs EPSG:3857 -f "SQLite" -dsco SPATIALITE=YES \
test.sqlite test.xml
Segmentation fault
$ cat test.xml
