It was fine in unstable over the past few weeks, see my earlier messages.

gdal is now blocked by the hdf5 transition, until netcdf & gdal have
been rebuilt you won't be able to install them in unstable.

All qgis dependencies involved in the proj transition have migrated to
testing, you can install them from there.
