Bug#1035322: grub2-common: bug script prompts for root only using "su"

In at least two places, the bug script requires root (reading
grub.cfg/device.map, reading LVM information), but only uses "su root -c
...".

Some systems have no valid root password, such as systems configured
with sudo...
