I think because the 2.1.2-1 upload was not committed to the GNU Arch
archive; I made my 2.1.3-1 upload from the GNU Arch archive. So _all_
changes in 2.1.2-1 are not in 2.1.3-1. I suppose you still have the
2.1.2-1 files, so you can do a debdiff and apply the result to
2.1.3-1?
