[pkg-horde] Our debian/copyright files need improvements

Hi,

Our Horde debian/copyright files are not perfect.
They lack real copyright mentions with author(s), year(s)
but also also informations about Debian packaging (maintainer(s),
license[*]...). I intent to fix all them ASAP.

We need have perfect copyright files for Lenny :-)

[*] Any idea about license for Horde packaging ? I don't care if
it's a classical Open Source license. Perhaps we can apply "same
licence than upstream"...
