Yes. As Horde 3 is not supported upstream anymore, I decided to remove
it from wheezy (this is a too critical application to keep potential
security holes).

Yes. But this is still not too late to prepare packages for backports.

There is still a lot to do, especially about copyright (see [1], [2]
