This patch is also installed on the Ubuntu install as well, so it isn't just a 
Debian issue. As we sync with Ubuntu & upstream that is where this change has 
come from.

Till can you comment on the ongoing need to call 
	debian/local/make-duplex-page-sizes-default.sh
