That is apts own sources.list.d.

Those only contain ia32-apt-get-transitional.list, right? Sorry, seems
like I overlooked one file.

Both are obsolete and can be removed since ia32-apt-get now uses
/etc/ia32-apt/ for the sources.list files.

Users split sources.list files and generated files to merge 32+64bit
named ia32-apt-get.*.list.

Since ia32-apt-get may not divert apt it has to leave apts
sources.lists alone too. You couldn't have apt/aptitude/... functional
and have a 32bit only entry otherwise.

You need to edit the files in /etc/ia32-apt/.
