[Pkg-ia32-libs-maintainers] Bug#536526: ia32-apt-get: cannot install 32bit libraries

Installing 32bit libraries with the ia32-apt-get does not work.

I can either install libgtk2.0-0 which is up-to-date (64bit) so it won't
install or ia32-libgtk2.0-0 which does not exist.

How anything is installed using this wrapper is a mystery.
