[Pkg-ia32-libs-maintainers] Bug#598909: Please add SDL_* libs

Here is the patch file, at least for the two SDL libraries below.
It shouldn't be a big deal and would allow people to package Dwarf-Fortress
more cleanly on amd64 arch.
