[Pkg-iscsi-maintainers] open-iscsi update to latest git master, other improvements

Hi Ritesh,

I've done some work on the open-iscsi package:

 - upgraded to latest git upstream
 - rebased all patches
 - link against open-isns
 - cherry-picked upstream pull requests that seemed sensible
 - new iscsiuio binary package
 - DEP-5 debian/copyright (yikes, that was much more work than
   expected)
 - finally added my nested KVM autopkgtest suite to test iSCSI
   logins
 - other minor fixes
(see debian/changelog for a complete list)

I've pushed this to a new branch 'experimental' (and the changelog
also has distro = experimental). The package is lintian clean
except for:

 - the override we already had
 - pedantic open-iscsi source: debian-watch-may-check-gpg-signature
   (upstream doesn't provide signed releases)
 - warning open-iscsi source: unknown-field-in-dsc
   testsuite-triggers
   bug in lintian, see #829545

Notes:

 - the git history of the old package is not 100% correct, I
think you made a mistake when you imported the last git
snapshot; the debian release branc is not a descendant of
the commit upstream that imported the first git snapshot.
I was able to work around that and make sure that for the
future the history is correct, but be careful with gbp
commands that interact directly with the git history (dch
and import-orig mainly; buildpackage is fine), because
they still get confused. (import-orig is especially bad.)
That will pass once this version hits the archive.

 - iscsiuio starts on my system, but since I don't actually
have any bnx2{,x} cards in my computer, I can't test the
functionality. OTOH, someone was recently asking about
iscsiuio on the mailing list, so we could maybe ask them
to test it once the package is built?

It would be great if you could review these changes and unless
you have concerns to upload it to experimental, to get it
through binNEW.

Many thanks!

Regards,
Christian
