Package: libxerces2-java
Severity: serious
Version: 2.6.1-1

>From my build log:

...
 fakeroot debian/rules clean
dpkg-parsechangelog: warning: no utmp entry available and LOGNAME not defined; using uid of process (0)
debian: warning: no utmp entry available and LOGNAME not defined; using uid of process (0)
dpkg-parsechangelog: warning: no utmp entry available and LOGNAME not defined; using uid of process (0)
debian: warning: no utmp entry available and LOGNAME not defined; using uid of process (0)
test -x debian/rules
test "`id -u`" = 0
make: *** [testroot] Error 1

(The LOGNAME warnings are harmless messages which occur under
pbuilder.) I think this is being caused by the fact that debian/rules
sets LD_LIBRARY_PATH without any consideration for what the previous
value might have been.
