Bug#576323: javacc: Please add .pom file for maven support

Please add a .pom file (e.g. [1]) to /usr/share/maven-repo in order to
support building packages whih use maven and depend of javacc. E.g., it
is needed in order to build javacc-maven-plugin [2]. More info at [3].
