I did not know how to install the package just for faking the
installation for a proper bug report.

I used apt-get source and then:

$ cat statsvn-0.7.0.dfsg/debian/manpages/statsvn.1| grep "cache-dir"

Same goes for:
no-developer
css
notes
config-file
chora
mantis
concurrency-threshold
anonymize

I hope I did not miss any.
